These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of Moni Budget, operated by Moni Budget ('we', 'us', or 'our'). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

Moni Budget is a personal finance application that lets you track transactions, manage budgets, set savings goals, and monitor recurring expenses. The service is currently in beta, which means features may change, be added, or be removed without prior notice.

To use Moni Budget you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree to use Moni Budget only for personal, lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to store data belonging to other individuals without their consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

You retain full ownership of the financial data you enter into Moni Budget. We act solely as a data processor on your behalf. We do not claim any rights over your data and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the service.

The service is provided as-is during the beta period. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data persistence, or feature availability. While we take care to safeguard your data, we recommend exporting your data periodically as a precaution.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable EU law, Moni Budget shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page, which will permanently remove all your data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
